Our Process

During initial phone call/email we will discuss the details of your project and set up an appointment for the free in-home consultation.
At the time of the in-home visit, we will evaluate your space, further discuss the project details, take measurements and photos, talk about the design and style of the remodel.
Once we have a good idea of the project you have in mind, we will provide you with a free “ballpark” estimate range.
If you would like to move further with our services, we would then enter into Phase 2 by signing the PDA (Project Development Agreement).

Once the design, material selections and the contract are finalized, we enter into the Phase 3 by signing the Construction Contract.

1% of the “ballpark” estimate given during the in-home consultation.
However, if you decide to use us for your building project, this fee will be applied towards the cost of your remodel.
